4. Lunch at the Mount Vernon -colonial 3-course meal
5. Tour Old Town Alexandria – trolley rides and the Torpedo Factory Art Center
6. Dinner/Cruise on the elegant Nina’s Dandy - enjoy plated meal, entertainment & dancing as you cruise on the Potomac River

1. Breakfast Buffet in the hotel

1. Tour the area’s newest museum, the Newseum - an interactive museum that takes you behind the scenes to experience how and why NEWS is made.
2. Lunch at Mitsitam Café in the National Museum of American Indian –part of the  Smithsonian Museums

• Visit the John F. Kennedy Center and enjoy a performance on the Millennium Stage
• Dinner buffet at KC Café in the Kennedy Center

Sunday Sept 19                                  (B) (L) (D)

• Breakfast Buffet in the hotel
• If arrangements are secured, we plan to visit the Capitol Bldg
• Visit the Basilica of the National Shrine of Immaculate Conception with thousands of mosaic tiles and visit the diverse gift shop
• Lunch enroute to Pittsburgh PA area
• Visit Flight 93 Memorial Site & Flight 93 Chapel  near Somerset PA
• If time allows, we experience a picturesque ride up the Duquesne Incline and get a bird’s eye view of the city/rivers of Pittsburgh PA
• Accommodations at Hyatt Place in Cranberry Township PA
•  Dinner in the area north of Pittsburgh PA

Monday Sept 20                                                     (B) (L)

• Breakfast Buffet in the Hotel
• Enjoy delicious Hungarian style lunch at Tony Packo’s  in Toledo OH
• Return to Grand Rapids at approximately 6PM & Big Rapids at ~7PM
