MJ Tours Policies

Our tours are specially planned to ensure our clients a carefree and memorable
experience. Reservations, ticketing, luggage handling, taxes and gratuity
for all group functions, and other arrangements are all confirmed before
you depart.

All reservations are on a first-come, first serve basis upon receipt
of your deposit or payment.

Deposits are required of all multi-day tours. The deposit with the
completed registration form received in the office will confirm
your seat on the tour. Final payment is due 30 days prior the tour
departure. However, reservations will be taken up to departure date
providing space is available.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation must be made in writing to the office. MJ Tours reserves
the right to cancel any trip due to inadequate sign-ups. In such a
case, a full refund is given. MJ Tours is not responsible for additional
expenses incurred by participants preparing for the tour.For cancellations received 30 days prior to departure, there will
be a 90% refund (all cancellations are subject to a 10% administrative
fee). Within 30 days, refunds depend on reservation commitments and
if the space can be filled. For one day tours, should you need to cancel your
reservation, please find a replacement or notify us to check the waiting
list.MJ Tours is not responsible for cancellations of events and attractions
due to inclement weather or for other reasons beyond our control.

MJ Tours does not own or operate any of the suppliers of services
or accommodations for your trip. As a result, it is not responsible
for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such supplier
or of any other third party over whom MJ Tours has no control.
